Welcome to 4 Church. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
By signing up for or using any services provided by 4 Church ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
4 Church provides digital services tailored to churches, including but not limited to:
Website creation and management
Social media management
Graphic design
Custom communication solutions
Integrated giving platforms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Our services are available only to churches and ministries that affirm the statement of salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. We reserve the right to refuse service to any organization that does not align with this belief.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when using our services.
Ensure that your content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
Keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Use our services in a manner consistent with Christian values and practices.
You agree to pay the fees associated with the service plan you select. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
A full refund may be granted with cause within 7 days of the transaction.
Our services do not have a term contract; all services are month-to-month unless you agree to a short-term contract on a per-project basis. We require a 30-day notice to terminate our partnership, and your billing will continue 30 days past the submission of your termination paperwork.
Our sales team does not have the authority to discount services without proper approval. Discounts require a scholarship application and approval from our board members.
4 Church is a non-profit organization, and your partnership with us allows us to fulfill our mission.
Our giving platform is a third-party software embedded on your website.
Stripe serves as your payment provider. We do not control or manage these third parties and are not responsible for errors on their behalf.
The giving platform integrates Stripe for Non-Profits terms and conditions, along with the discounted rates they offer (currently 2.2% + $0.30 per transaction).
If you do not apply for or are not granted non-profit status through Stripe, your fees will be at least 0.7% higher than expected.
Our office hours are Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST. We are closed on all national holidays and have very limited hours during an extended Christmas break.
Website updates must be requested and submitted via the feedback tool in your website portal.
We will make every effort to complete these updates within three business days or less.
We are not responsible for website edits made in error by users.
We reserve the right to edit and improve the design of your website at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
All communication with staff must take place through your website portal or our help desk.
Personal email communication and text messages do not represent the overall heartbeat of the ministry.
You are responsible for managing your domain, including updates, renewals, and associated configurations.
If you wish to terminate our partnership, you must complete a termination form. We will, in good faith, provide you with steps to transfer your domain to your new vendor, including an authorization code.
The authorization code may or may not expire within three business days. After providing the authorization code, we will no longer have access to your domain and are not responsible for lost domains, emails, or other assets.
By using our services, you may agree to third-party terms of service with or without notice, including but not limited to Stripe, Google, ICANN, Canva, Meta, Planning Center, and ZenDesk. These terms are beyond our control, and it is your responsibility to review and comply with them.
If your website subscription lapses, we will attempt to notify you. However, your website will redirect to a 404 error page. To restore service, you must:
Log into your billing portal.
Update payment information.
Complete a reconnection form.
All intellectual property related to the services we provide, including designs, code, and templates, remains the property of 4 Church. We retain full copyrights to your logo and reserve the right to promote, reproduce, and market our work.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for the duration of your subscription.
Should a conflict arise, we will practice biblical accountability and discipline to resolve it without legal counsel. By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to hold harmless 4 Church, its employees, board, and contractors.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may also terminate your subscription by providing written notice as specified in your service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4 Church shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
